What does this mean to you, our client?
When a consumer fills out one of our online lead generation forms, they agree to be contacted by you by phone for a period of 30 days even if they are registered on all Do Not Call Lists.
This agreement is listed on all our lead generation forms and cannot be submitted unless they agree to be contacted.
We also protect the consumer by enforcing the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 - HIPAA. This means that our call center is in full compliance with regulations regarding the contact of seniors and that you are fully protected in making contact with leads generated on your behalf.
